A rep for Los Angeles City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo has released a statement to TMZ in support of the decision to sentence Paris Hilton to 45 days in jail. "City Attorney Delgadillo believes today's ruling sends a clear message that in the City of Los Angeles, no one is above the law."

Moments after Paris Hilton was sentenced to serve 45 in the clink, TMZ learned that her mother, Kathy, rushed over to the lead prosecutor and lashed out, "I want your autograph. This is pathetic." In the same breath, as she walked out of the courtroom, Kathy looked up and said, "I can't believe all the money we spent on this."

While her pals are hanging in Malibu or the Hamptons, Paris will be spending 45 fun-filled days and nights with 2200 of her closest female felons at Century Regional Detention Facility (CRDF).

Reopened in March, 2006, CRDF is located in beautiful Lynwood,Calif. -- just minutes from nearby Compton! While Mr. Chow takeout isn't available, according to the AP, CRDF does serve three low-sodium poultry based meals a day. Yum!

For her own safety, Paris will most likely be segregated from the rest of her prison pals and live in a one or two-person cell. Cozy.

During her days at Chez Clink, Paris will get just one hour a day to shower, exercise, watch TV or talk on the phone. And sorry to say, Blackberries are not allowed. Oh, the humanity!

As for wardrobe choices, Paris will have the option of one of four different colored jumpsuits. Depending on how she is classified and where she is housed in the facility, Paris could don a blue, brown, white or classic orange one-piece from the House of Detention collection. Paris better get crackin', because with June 5 fast approaching, it gives her just one month to plan her kick-ass going away party!

"I just want to say I'm sorry," Hilton told the judge.
After he revealed her sentence Paris wept in the courtroom.

Yeah, the reality is that while she is going to serve time, she is a Celebutard and you know there is some bitch on the inside who wants to be known as "That fierce bitch who shanked Pari$"....so Pari$ite won't be sharing a cell with anybody and will be kept away from the general population. Did Prince dis Paris?

The artist sometimes known as Symbol Man publicly humiliated the partying heiress and her singing ability, according to the new issue of Us.

Hilton was in the audience as Prince performed at Club 3121 at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas on April 20. At one point, Prince invited the “Stars Are Blind” crooner to join him onstage.

A “delighted” Hilton scampered onto the stage and the “Purple Rain” singer handed the wanna-be-pop star the microphone and told the audience, “Let’s see if she can really sing,” a source told the mag.

An angry and humiliated Hilton stormed offstage — and left the club two songs later, reports Us.
Hilton’s rep insists that the story is untrue, and Prince’s spokesman had no comment.

Curious where they met? ME TOO! Apparently, they met at a cocktail party in Louisville a few years ago. Kerrick has been ‘out’ for a very long time. He confessed that Larry asked him to keep quiet about the affair.

“We were together for about two months and had sex eight to 10 times, always at my apartment. He often spent the whole night with me. Yes, it is true. At least from all my sources. I have been part of 5 cover stories for the National Enquirer regarding Lindsay Lohan. She actually has always been quite open. I would love to name all the young Hollywood she has slept with, but I will keep that for the 'book.' Maybe she was tired of the boys and that is why she decided to spice it up with BFF Samantha Ronson. Here she gets a boy and a girl packaged all into one. Personally, I feel very badly for Howard K. He's about to lose all connection that he had with Anna Nicole and I think he loved her. I think he did his best to do as she asked. I really feel badly for the guy.

Larry Birkhead told TMZ he plans to contact Howard K. Stern in the next hour and take him up on his offer made during the news conference to see Dannielynn -- and he'd like to see her this evening.

Ron Rale, Howard's longtime friend/lawyer, says "Howard has already called Larry's hotel twice since the hearing to ask him to come over tonight, but hasn't been able reach him." Rale adds, "Howard not only wants Larry, but Larry's entire family that is in the Bahamas to come over this evening to start getting to know Dannielynn."

Rale adds Howard wants Larry to come over as much as possible to make the transition. Sources say the transition will probably take between two and four weeks. Rale says Howard has been in contact with professionals to obtain advice on how to transition in the healthiest way for Dannielynn.

Treat cellulite with coffee grinds! You can do this even if you don't drink coffee, I know there are some Starbucks that bag up their coffee grinds and you can have them for free. I'd suggest heating them up in the microwave for use. You could also use those grinds in certain plants, like citrus plants or some houseplants to help them grow.

Those expensive cellulite creams have one ingredient in common: caffeine! You can make your own cellulite treatment with caffeinated coffee grounds that works beautifully. Here’s how:
The used grounds work better if they’re warm.

1. Put some newspaper on the floor of your bathroom.

2. Mix about a quarter-cup of warm used coffee grounds with a tablespoon or so of olive oil. Stand on the paper and apply the coffee mixture to your cellulite areas using your hands or a loofah mitt. Don’t worry if a lot of the coffee mixture falls to the floor; enough will stick to your skin to do the trick.

3. Wrap the area in plastic wrap and allow to remain on for several minutes.

4. Remove wrap and brush off excess coffee mixture. Shower with warm water.

I can assure you, however, that all of the fees and expenses incurred on behalf of Mr. Birkhead were reasonable, necessary, and appropriate, given the complexity and magnitude of this very high profile case that was litigated in two different states and a foreign country. Out of respect for Mr. Birkhead, I cannot comment further at this time.”

DANIA BEACH, Fla. - Anna Nicole Smith accidentally overdosed on at least nine prescription drugs — including a powerful sleep syrup she was known to swig out of the bottle — after a miserable last few days in which she endured stomach flu, a 105-degree fever, pungent sweating and an infection on her buttocks from repeated injections.

In a detailed autopsy report released Monday, a medical examiner noted the former Playboy playmate refused to go to a hospital three days before her Feb. 8 death. She chose to ride out her illness in a hotel suite littered with pill bottles, soda cans, SlimFast, nicotine gum and an open box of Tamiflu tablets.

Broward County Medical Examiner Dr. Joshua Perper found that in the days leading up to her death, Smith, 39, had been taking large amounts of the seldom prescribed sedative chloral hydrate, which also contributed to the 1962 overdose death of Smith’s idol, Marilyn Monroe.

Police found no apparent signs of foul play, and the medical examiner also ruled Smith’s death probably was not a suicide because people who take their own lives typically use much more lethal drugs than chloral hydrate.

Rather, he said, Smith might have been simply unaware that the sedative could be fatal in combination with multiple other prescriptions she was taking in normal doses for anxiety, depression and insomnia.

Contributing factors included her weakened condition from a stomach flu and fever brought on by a pus-filled infection on her buttocks from repeated injection of other drugs.

WORLD EXCLUSIVE: ANNA NICOLE SMITH DIED WITH TOXIC LEVEL OF SLEEPING MEDICATION IN HER SYSTEM
Anna Nicole Smith died with a toxic level of the sleeping medication chloral hydrate in her system.

In a joint newsgathering operation, the National ENQUIRER and Star magazine have solved the mystery of the former Playboy model's death and provide a detailed portrait of her final days.

The world exclusive details come days before Broward County, Fla., Chief Medical Examiner Joshua Perper will hold a press conference to announce the former Playboy Playmate's cause of death.

The ENQUIRER and Star have also learned that Anna Nicole had a raging blood infection. The infection was caused by an unsterilized needle and contributed to her death.

The infection was so serious, it would have killed her if she had not overdosed.

Contrary to speculation, tests show Anna Nicole did not have methadone or any other painkilling drug in her system at the time of her death.

The ENQUIRER learned that just before she left the Bahamas for Florida on February 5, three days before she died, Anna Nicole received an injection in her left buttock.

Tests did not reveal what that substance was.

"As she boarded the plane for Miami, Anna Nicole developed a painful abscess at the site of the injection," said a source with knowledge of the case. "The needle wasn't sterile. The pain kept getting worse as the abscess got larger and larger very quickly."

From Miami, Anna Nicole and her live-in lawyer Howard K. Stern traveled to Hollywood, Fla. The pain from the abscess became excruciating and Anna Nicole developed a high fever.

By the time she got to the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino her fever was 105.

Anna Nicole, unaware that her blood was being poisoned by infection, had also developed a second infection from a virulent form of norovirus, which causes intestinal problems.

It was at this point that Anna Nicole — and her entourage — made a fatal mistake. She refused to go to a hospital, a decision that would have saved her life.

Instead, Anna's people gave her an ice bath to control the fever, administered the antibiotic ciprofloxacin by mouth and gave her an over-the-counter flu medicine.

As the needle-caused infection took over her body, she began vomiting, had severe diarrhea and could not urinate.

On February 6, a Tuesday, Anna spent the whole day in bed. She could not keep fluids down. She was becoming severely dehydrated.

On Wednesday, February 7, Anna seemed somewhat better, but she wasn't, the source said.

"She was still vomiting and suffering diarrhea," said the source. "Again, she spent the whole day in bed, as the abscess continued to grow. She was in such pain, she just wanted to sleep."

And that's when the final fatal mistake was made. Sometime overnight on February 7, Anna ingested the sleeping medication chloral hydrate. The drug is extremely potent. The dose was too much — and in fact it was a toxic level, the ENQUIRER and Star have learned exclusively. On Thursday, February 8, Anna never woke up.

A nurse found her unresponsive at about 1:30 p.m.

At 2:49 p.m., Anna Nicole Smith was pronounced dead.

Preliminary analysis indicated the cause of death was systemic sepsis syndrome, a lethal blood infection. It was caused by the abscess of the left buttock. Further investigation revealed the fatal level of chloral hydrate.

Chloral hydrate can cause depression of respiration, especially in a person who is already sick because of an infection and dehydration and it can cause death within a relatively short period of time.

Anna Nicole also had scarring from numerous injections she got in the buttocks
