If you live under a rock then you may not know that Sandra Bullock officially filed for divorce in Texas. This makes sense because you have to be married at least 10 years before a Texas court will even think  about spousal support and even then there's no guarantee.  Texas law pretty much allows each party to leave with what they came in with and are not fond of serial marryers.  So Sandra Bullock was pretty smart there.  Also, she adopted a baby.

Is anyone really surprised? Really?  It's a slow gossip day....so Ricky Martin states the obvious:


Ricky Martin is finally speaking publicly about his sexuality.
On his official website, the latin pop star revealed Monday, “I am proud to be a fortunate homosexual man. I am very blessed.”


Martin has notoriously dismissed questions about his sexual preference over the years, even refusing to talk about it with the legendary Barbara Walters.
On his website, Martin writes, “Many people told me: ‘Ricky it's not important it's not worth it, all the years you've worked and everything you've built will collapse, many people in the world are not ready to accept your truth, your reality, your nature.’

“This is just what I need especially now that I am the father of two beautiful boys that are so full of light and who with their outlook teach me new things every day. To keep living as I did up until today would be to indirectly diminish the glow that my kids where born with. Enough is enough. This has to change. This was not supposed to happen 5 or 10 years ago, it is supposed to happen now. Today is my day, this is my time, and this is my moment.

Is Andy Dick drinking again? Dr. drew shall not be pleased.  From TMZ.com:

Andy Dick was arrested in West Virginia this morning on two counts felony counts of sexual abuse in the first degree.


Dick was taken to the Western Regional Jail in Barboursville, where he was eventually released this afternoon. His bail was set at $60,000 (30k for each charge). We're told the owner of the Funny Bone, where Dick performed last night, posted the bail.

Dick faces 1-5 years in prison if convicted.

According to the criminal complaint, Dick was talking to a guy when he "unexpectedly and without invitation grabbed the victim's crotch, repeatedly groping then kissing him."

Also in the complaint, a security guard at the bar says that Andy Dick "grabbed his crotch and began laughing" when the guard tried to give him an armband.

A press release from the Huntington Police Department says: "Based upon statements of two victims and independent witness accounts alleging that he had engaged in unwanted and uninvited groping of the two victims' genital areas, Andrew R. Dick (AKA Andy Dick) of South Pasadena, Calif., was arrested and charged with two counts of Sex Abuse in the First Degree."


Dick is currently on probation over an incident at a chicken joint, where he was arrested for sexual assault. He copped a plea to battery in 2008.
