Eva and Tony Call It Quits – For Real

After a day of rumor, suggestion, and speculation, now it's official: Eva Longoria and NBA star Tony Parker are finished as a couple. "They did break up. It's amicable," says a source to People magazine. "It's distance and demanding careers and not living in the same city. It didn't happen yesterday. It's been going on for a while."

Earlier in the day, a source from the San Antonio Spurs, Parker's team, had said the break-up rumors weren't true, and Longoria's rep Liza Anderson had said that the two were "going through a very difficult time." The pair met in November 2004 and confirmed their coupledom by August 2005.

Though Lindsay Lohan told cameras on Monday she's still with boyfriend Harry Morton, he's got a different story.

"Lindsay is an amazing girl and we're just sort of taking a little breather right now," Morton told "EXTRA" correspondent Carlos Diaz, adding the two are "slowing things down." The pair garnered a lot of attention from the paparazzi, something Morton took issue with.

He tells Diaz, "There's just a lot of pressure sometimes, it can screw things up, the media getting involved, it always makes it more difficult."Harry's also slamming reports he bought La Lohan an engagement ring in August while cameras caught him shopping at Cartier. His actual purchase that day -- a lighter.

Though his personal life may be having a rough patch, his Pink Taco restaurant chain is taking off. With one in Las Vegas and another in Scottsdale, AZ, Morton plans to expand the chain to at least six other locations, with one in Los Angeles opening in January 2007.

When is a wedding not a wedding?

When Anna Nicole does it! I also heard somewhere that this was done so that the Bahamian gov't. would legally recognize Howard K. as the father and no one else would be able to legally claim paternity with the baby. But somehow, deep inside when I watched that trainwreck of a show that Anna had, I think Howard K. has always wanted to bang her all the way to China.

ET has confirmed that ANNA NICOLE SMITH and her friend and lawyer, HOWARD K. STERN -- who claims to be the father of her newborn baby -- were united in a commitment ceremony early Thursday morning in the Bahamas, according to her publicist.

Anna Nicole and Howard "escaped their house" at three o'clock this morning, according to their press release, "and boarded a boat to quietly sail the ocean around Nassau ... on a clandestine sail to recapture simple pleasures -- fresh salt air on the face, a sunrise on the ocean, and wind in their hair. And then a good thing happened: during the sail, Anna Nicole Smith and Howard K. Stern made a commitment before God to be there for one another, to be each other's strength during this difficult time."

By mid-morning, helicopters flew overhead, speed boats approached, and camera-equipped scuba divers invaded what had been an otherwise perfect moment of peace, solitude, and hope," continues the statement. "The event was intended to be totally private between two adults deeply in love with each other and needing simple reassurances that they could count on one another through life's ups and downs. Although the ceremony was officiated, it was not a wedding and no marriage certificate was issued, according to the release.It was on September 10 that Anna Nicole's son, 20-year-old DANIEL, tragically died in her hospital room of what turned out to be a lethal combination of prescription drugs.

The New York Daily News reports that on Access Hollywood tomorrow night, Aerosmith's Steven Tyler reveals that he had been battling hepatitis C for the past few years. Tyler said that he was officially diagnosed 3 years ago, but he has had it for a long time, being asymptomatic for many years.

Hepatitis C, which according to the CDC is a disease of the liver caused by the hepatitis C virus (HCV), is also what Pamela Anderson announced a few years ago she has and claimed to have caught from sharing a tattoo needle with her ex-husband Tommy Lee.

Tyler said that he underwent a year of successful interferon treatments to battle the virus and told host Nancy O'Dell the Hep C is now "nonexistent in my bloodstream, where it's like a complete cure." He added, "I've been pretty quiet about this." "The band took a break about three years ago. [My doctor] said now is the time, and it's 11 months of chemotherapy," actually, interferon, which strengthens the immune system "so I went on that, and it about killed me." Tyler adds, "It's a shot and pills and all of that. But the good news is I stood the test of time."
