FIRST PHOTOS OF TOM & KATIE'S BABY!The National Enquirer has gotten the first look at Baby Suri!

The ENQUIRER viewed photographs of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes newborn.

The baby has a mop of dark hair and strongly resembles Katie. No resemblance to Tom is immediately apparent. Suri has Katie's nose and eyes but her most distinguishing feature is a head full of dark brown hair. The hair is straight with no curls and extremely thick. In fact, she has so much hair it is combed behind her ears and well down the back of her neck!

She has tiny heart-shaped lips and short eyelashes with round cheeks. The ENQUIRER is the first media outlet to see baby Suri and can report that Vanity Fair's upcoming photo feature contains pictures of the baby sleeping while nestled against Tom's neck and shoulder as he sleeps.

Another photo shows her laying in bed with Tom and Katie, smiling as Tom plays with her and Katie has a wide grin. In yet another photo, the baby is being held up outdoors, wearing a white short-sleeved dress. Her skin tone strongly resembles Katie's.

The Paris Hilton backlash has begun, and now there's a protest song to go along with it.

"The OK Go Away Paris Hilton Apparatus" is a comedy/pop/death-metal group with a mission to permanently banish Paris from the spotlight.

They're hoping to get enough attention that the lodging heiress herself acknowledges that her five years and 15 minutes of fame are up. Over 1,400 people apparently feel similarly -- they've already listened to the song on purevolume.com.

So that's what's up with the Midget Simpson wearing so much black recently....

The 26-year-old has been forced to cancel appearances on Today, TRL and The Late Show with David Letterman, and flew into NYC a day early in order to see a voice specialist. After examining her, the doctor warned her that she wasn’t allowed to talk, and that if she did she could risk ruining her voice for good.

A pal says Jessica feels fine physically, but is down about the timing of her illness, and has been using a note pad and pen to communicate with friends and colleagues.

Her spokesman confirms that the Dukes of Hazzard star is having throat trouble. “She’s on total vocal rest and some of her appearances have been delayed,” he says.

Elijah Blue Allman, Cher’s son by rocker Gregg Allman, went on the Howard Stern show last week and boasted that he had a fling with Hilton before she was famous. Allman, who is the lead singer and guitarist for the band Deadsy, said that after the encounter, he became so worried that he might have contracted a disease that he went downstairs and scrubbed his private parts with a household cleaner, probably Tilex.

Broderick Injured on a Horse -- Of Course Of Course

Matthew Broderick suffered a broken collar bone after falling off a horse.

The mishap occurred Sunday while the "Ferris Bueller" star was horseback riding at his holiday home in the UK. Broderick was treated at Sligo General Hospital Monday, accompanied by his wife, Sarah Jessica Parker.

Broderick was treated and released. The actor's publicist told TMZ "Matthew is in a little pain but is fine."
