WILSON KICKED OUT OF MARKET
WEDDING CRASHERS star OWEN WILSON was thrown out of a market in the US, after entering the grocery store without shoes.
The Hollywood funnyman was with his brother, actor LUKE WILSON, in their hometown of Austin, Texas, when the incident occurred.
The pair were attempting to shop at upscale grocery store Whole Foods on 11May (06).
The 37-year-old left his shoes at home and tried to sneak past the stores security guard bare-footed.
A sources tells US publication In Touch, "Owen noticed the security guard looking at his bare feet, so he ran up and down the aisle trying to evade him.
"The officer managed to track him down and escort him out of the store."
Wilson was able to continue his shopping when a fan lent him a pair of flip-flops to wear. 05/19/06 18:56

Hollywood star HUGH JACKMAN credits his latest movie FOUNTAIN with spicing up his sex life.
Jackman claims his bedroom performance has improved since getting intimate with RACHEL WEISZ, because the role demanded he become an expert in the art of tantric sex.
The Australian took on the tantric challenge by adopting a strict exercise regime and he spent over a year getting to grips with yoga and t'ai chi.

Mike Wallace is set to take a quasi retirement from the news business as the veteran CBS broadcaster, who turns 88 on Tuesday, officially becomes "correspondent emeritus" at the end of this month. So on the way out, he's speaking his mind.

One of those in the cross hairs, actor and Scientologist Tom Cruise and he flat out says, "Tom simply does not know what he is talking about."
The anchor has slammed the actor for campaigning against anti-depressants and psychiatry reports Contact Music UK. And I'm guessing Wallace wouldn't' mind taking on Cruise in a Matt Lauer type interview.

The 60 Minutes host, who has long suffered from crippling depression, claims Cruise can't credibly speak about the issue, because he hasn't experienced it. As a devout Scientologist, the actor doesn't believe in medication or counseling to treat depression.
Wallace says, "Tom simply does not know what he is talking about. Scientology is a different thing and God bless him. "But he doesn't know his tail from third base about depression. Simple as that."
The newsman recently admitted that he attempted to take his own life two decades ago and claims he has gone public about his suicide attempt in order to help others. He adds, "I had never come clean about the suicide business and I thought to myself, 'Yeah, look, I've had 20 extraordinary years since that episode.'"

Wallace has stated that he won't give up work altogether - maybe an interview with Cruise should be in the works.

The web-enabled stalkerazzi at TMZ.com have just posted a photo gallery of Britney Spears' latest infant-vs-gravity "mishap," a brief near-fumble of Sean Preston, the toddler who seems doomed to be the most perpetually endangered offspring in celebritydom until Lindsay Lohan gives birth to a baby made entirely of cocaine. TMZ describes the scene thusly:
We're told Britney was holding a drink in her right hand and Sean in her left as she maneuvered through a crowd of onlookers. Britney moves through the crowd and then she suddenly trips, the baby's head goes backward and his hat flies off his head. Britney regained her balance and the baby seemed ok.
Quite frankly, all of the chatter about Spears' seemingly insufficient parenting skills--based on an isolated incident in which she asked her son to drive a getaway car and an equally isolated incident in which the baby was the victim of a tragic high-chair malfunction--is overblown. As the photos demonstrate, she's learned from her minor hiccups of responsibility and contracted the needed back-up, hiring a full-time (and handsomely mustachioed, we might add) infant-impact prevention specialist to trail her at all times. RICHARDS TO JOIN SAMBORA ON BON JOVI TOUR
LATEST: Actress DENISE RICHARDS has slammed reports she has split with new boyfriend RICHIE SAMBORA, and is flying out to meet him on Friday (19MAY06), according to media reports in the US.
The actress will fly to Dublin, Ireland where Sambora is set to perform with BON JOVI on Saturday (20MAY06) on their HAVE A NICE DAY tour.
Richards' representative hit out at reports the couple have broken-up insisting, "Denise and Richie are still together."
A source tells American publication Us Weekly the actress will leave her two young children, SAM, two, and LOLA, 11 months, with her parents while she goes on the trip.
Bon Jovi have a break after their show in Dublin and the couple will reportedly spend a romantic weekend together in Europe.
Richards recently reached an agreement with estranged husband CHARLIE SHEEN, extending her temporary restraining order against the actor.
Sambora is embroiled in his own divorce battle with estranged wife HEATHER LOCKLEAR.
The rocker was recently quoted telling fans in Germany that he was "single and ready to party."
A source close to Sambora says, "Richie was just being a rock star. His public and private personae are different.

CRUISE LOSES SOUTH PARK BATTLE

TOM CRUISE has lost his fight to stop an episode of SOUTH PARK mocking his Scientology beliefs being shown in the UK.
The TRAPPED IN A CLOSET episode, which shows a cartoon version of Cruise being locked inside a cupboard, was shown at London's National Film Theatre on Monday (15MAY06).
The show was originally taken off air by British TV network Channel 4 in January (06) amid complaints.
Organisers were thrilled the actor failed in his attempts to stop the free screening, which accompanied a talk given by creators MATT STONE and TREY PARKER, insisting it was a display of free speech.
A spokesman said, "If we were charging there may have been legal problems, but it was a free event, so it should be fine."

Hollywood star BRAD PITT is upset his mother JANE is still in touch with his ex-wife JENNIFER ANISTON, according to his younger brother DOUG.
Doug, 39, tells British magazine Star that Jane speaks to the former FRIENDS star on the phone once a week - nearly 18 months after the couple's shock split in January 2005.
Although Pitt has swiftly moved on to a new relationship with his MR AND MRS SMITH co-star ANGELINA JOLIE and is now a father to adopted children MADDOX and ZAHARA MARLEY, Jane is yet to cut off her former daughter-in-law Aniston.
Doug says, "Brad is not happy about Mom talking to Jennifer.

TOM CRUISE is responsible for the poor box office performance of MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE III, according to his former agent RON MEYER.
The film took a disappointing $48 million (GBP27 million) in its opening weekend at the US box-office, falling well short of industry forecasts.
In 2000, MISSION IMPOSSIBLE:II scooped a massive $57 million (GBP32 million), despite lower ticket prices.
And Meyer claims the hype surrounding Cruise's relationship with KATIE HOLMES and his infamous appearance on OPRAH WINFREY's talk show is to blame.
