The Foo Commands it!!!

To celebrate my years on this planet this year, I'd like to share it with others who share the same day!!! So if you or someone you know shares July 12th, please send the name and picture here and I shall post them so we can all share together!!

I once ran into a guy, about 14 years ago, who shared the same date and year as me. I knew this because I was working as a cashier at the time and he was paying by check. I was looking at his driver's license to write down info, as is required and I happend to glance at his birthdate and saw it was the same as mine! "You can't have that birthday, that's my birthday!" I exclaimed and at first he was taken back, then he laughed. He thought it was pretty cool too and commented how we must be astral twins or something. We figured out that I was six hours older, then we stared at each other for a moment and smiled. "Well, if I don't see you again, have a happy birthday!" he said as he left. I told him happy birthday too.
It was a cool, fuzzy, happy moment.

Enrique is a sorry dumbass

Off of Hollywood Rag. You just have to read this to appreciate it!

***

Enrique Iglesias would love to be gay so he could have an open relationship.

The ‘Hero’ singer is jealous of his homosexual friends who, despite being in long-term relationships, still have liaisons with other people.

Enrique - who is romancing Anna Kournikova - told Genre magazine: My stylist is gay and lives in Los Angeles and when he came to Miami, he went out.

“And I asked, ‘Your boyfriend doesn’t care?’ And he said, ‘We have an understanding if I’m out of the city.’

“When I saw George Michael, he said the same thing. I’m going to have to have a talk with my girl!”

The 32-year-old Spanish-born singer is rumored to have tied the knot with his tennis-playing Russian girlfriend, but both refuse to confirm or deny their marriage.

SOOO Funny!

And shows how everyone knows how full of shit Pari$ is....for instance, this off of celebslam, pointing out how she lies, even to Larry King:

Larry King: Have you ever been addicted to drugs?

Paris Hilton: No

Larry: Taken drugs?

Paris: No

Larry: Never taken drugs?

Paris: Uh-Uh

I guess when you lie all the time, it just seems natural after a while....or it's just too hard to keep track of it all

and this, apparently filmed in a coffeehouse in the Netherlands...

Britney's Blather

off of TMZ:

Britney Spears feels totally betrayed by her mom, her soon-to-be ex husband, her former manager and Promises, the rehab facility she called home for nearly a month. In short, she claims she never had a drug or alcohol problem but was railroaded into rehab.

Sources tell TMZ that Lynne Spears, Kevin Federline and then-manager Larry Rudolph all pressured Britney to check herself in. We're told Spears acknowledged having emotional problems after her second child was born, but strongly maintained she did not have a drug or alcohol problem.

Nonetheless, multiple sources say Federline threatened to go public by going to court to wrestle custody from her if she didn't go to rehab. Sources say Spears could not withstand the pressure from her mom, Federline and Ruldolph, and checked into Promises last February 20.We're told eventually the professionals believed Spears suffered from post-partum depression, made worse because she stopped taking Prozac. She was also emotionally crumbling because of a messy divorce and intense media scrutiny.

After leaving Promises, as paparazzi waited for the golden shot of Britney drinking again, she began getting angry that she was at a rehab facility in the first place. Britney and her assistant, Allie Sims, called Promises multiple times, asking for a copy of the report showing that she tested dirty for drugs and/or alcohol when she checked in. We're told it took several days to get an answer. Only two reports were sent to Britney's rep, both showing no drug or alcohol use whatsoever.

Most shocking, the first report was dated March 7, 15 days after Britney checked in.

and then there is this, off of celebrity rumors:

Kevin Federline doesn’t want to sign the divorce papers. And it’s not because he wants his wacked out Britney Spears back, he wants to have it in writing that he can keep Britney from seeing their kids if she goes all loco again.

From People:

“Britney’s attorneys are anxious to see Kevin sign off on a divorce. But Kevin and his lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan are dragging their heels out of concern over reports of Britney’s post-rehab partying. [Federline] wants to make sure that the divorce document makes it simple enough for Kevin to downsize Britney’s access to her kids the next time her behavior troubles him.”

Coke found in her system at the time of her crash!!! fucking hooker!

off of the new york post online:

By DAVID K. LI and SELIM ALGAR

June 29, 2007 -- "Mean Girl" Lindsay Lohan was fully loaded on more than just booze when she went on a Memorial Day weekend-long bender - she also had cocaine in her system, according to reports.

Cops said they found traces of blow in Lohan's blood on May 26, the day she crashed her luxury ride in Beverly Hills. Previously, they said they found a personal-use amount of the drug in her car.

Lohan, who turns 21 on Monday, checked herself into rehab several days after she slammed her 2005 Mercedes SL-65 into a Sunset Boulevard curb.

The troubled actress hit rock bottom 48 hours later when she capped off her wild Memorial Day holiday by passing out in a car outside Hollywood's famed Roosevelt Hotel.

Snapshots of the unconscious red-haired temptress made front-page news around the world, and she checked into Promises drug and alcohol rehabilitation center in Malibu a day later.

Officers found cocaine in Lohan's smashed-up car, and a news report yesterday revealed that the actress had traces of cocaine in her system.

A Beverly Hills police spokesman declined to confirm or deny the bombshell revelation.
Reports also said Lohan was twice over the blood-alcohol limit for drunken driving. Detectives are about to turn over their findings to the Los Angeles DA.

"I'm not going to tell you one thing or another. We're basically in the home stretch of the investigation and it'll be completed very soon," said Lt. Mitch McCann.

McCann said she was charged with driving under the influence, and "we recovered some cocaine from the car and booked that into evidence, but she was not charged" yet with cocaine possession.

Lohan's spokeswoman and mother could not be reached for comment.

Weirdness...

This story really creeps me out and it just keeps getting creepier and more macabre.

off of CNN.com:

ATLANTA, Georgia (AP) -- Investigators are looking into who altered pro wrestler Chris Benoit's Wikipedia entry to mention his wife's death hours before authorities discovered the bodies of the couple and their 7-year-old son.

Benoit's Wikipedia entry was altered early Monday to say that the wrestler had missed a match two days earlier because of his wife's death.

A Wikipedia official, Cary Bass, said Thursday that the entry was made by someone using an Internet protocol address registered in Stamford, Connecticut, where World Wrestling Entertainment is based.

An IP address, a unique series of numbers carried by every machine connected to the Internet, does not necessarily have to be broadcast from where it is registered. The bodies were found in Benoit's home in suburban Atlanta, Georgia, and it's not known where the posting was sent from, Bass said.

Benoit strangled his wife and son during the weekend, placing Bibles next to their bodies, before hanging himself on the cable of a weight-machine in his home, authorities said. No motive was offered for the killings, which were discovered Monday.

Officials raid office of Benoit's doctor

Also Thursday, federal drug agents said they had raided the west Georgia office of a doctor who prescribed testosterone to Benoit.

The raid at Dr. Phil Astin's office in Carrollton began Wednesday night and concluded early Thursday, said agent Chuvalo Truesdell, a spokesman for the Drug Enforcement Administration. No arrests were made.

Hours before the raid, Astin told The Associated Press he had treated Benoit for low testosterone levels, which he said likely originated from previous steroid use.

Among other things, investigators were looking for Benoit's medical records to see whether he had been prescribed steroids and, if so, whether that prescription was appropriate, according to a law enforcement official speaking on condition of anonymity because records in the case remain sealed.

Astin prescribed testosterone for Benoit, a longtime friend, in the past but would not say what, if any, medications he prescribed when Benoit visited his office Friday.

State medical records show that Astin's privileges were suspended for three months in 2001 at a Georgia hospital for "reasons related to competence or character."

Astin did not return calls to his cell phone from the AP on Thursday.

Anabolic steroids were found in Benoit's home, leading officials to wonder whether the drugs played a role in the killings. Some experts believe steroids cause paranoia, depression and violent outbursts known as "roid rage."

Fayette County District Attorney Scott Ballard said in a statement Thursday that he could not immediately comment on the raid.

Benoit's page on Wikipedia, a reference site that allows users to add and edit information, was updated at 12:01 a.m. Monday, about 14 hours before authorities say the bodies were found.

The reason he missed a match Saturday night was "stemming from the death of his wife Nancy," it said.

Reporters informed the Fayette County district attorney's office of the posting Thursday, and the agency forwarded the information to sheriff's investigators, who are looking into it, a legal assistant said in an e-mail to the AP.

WWE attorney Jerry McDevitt said that to his knowledge, no one at the WWE knew Nancy Benoit was dead before her body was found Monday afternoon. Text messages released by officials show that messages from Chris Benoit's cell phone were being sent to co-workers a few hours after the Wikipedia posting.

WWE employees are given WWE e-mail addresses, McDevitt said, though he did not know whether Chris Benoit had one.

"I have no idea who posted this," McDevitt said. "It's at least possible Chris may have sent some other text message to someone that we're unaware of. We don't know if he did. The phone is in the possession of authorities."

On Thursday afternoon, the Wikipedia page about Benoit carried a note stating that editing by unregistered or newly registered users was disabled until July 8 because of vandalism.

In other developments Thursday, Ballard told the AP that 10 empty beer cans were found in a trash can in the Benoit home. An empty wine bottle was found a few feet from where Benoit hanged himself, Ballard said.

It could take several weeks for toxicology tests to be completed on Benoit to see what substances, if any, were in his system.

Benoit took four months off from work in 2006 for undisclosed personal reasons, McDevitt said.
"He was feeling depressed, that kind of thing," McDevitt said.

In the days before the killings, Benoit and his wife argued over whether he should stay home more to take care of their mentally retarded 7-year-old son, according to an attorney for the WWE wrestling league.

The child had a rare medical condition called Fragile X Syndrome, an inherited form of mental retardation often accompanied by autism.

Chris Benoit's father, Michael Benoit, declined to comment on the slayings when reached Thursday by telephone in Alberta, Canada. Funeral arrangements were incomplete.

Paris$ite released

off of omg!:

LYNWOOD, Calif. -

A smiling Paris Hilton walked out of a Los Angeles County jail early Tuesday, officially ending a bizarre, three-week stay that ignited furious debate over celebrity treatment in the jail system.

The 26-year-old celebutante was greeted by an enormous gathering of cameras and reporters upon leaving the all-women's facility in Lynwood about 15 minutes past midnight. She had checked into the Century Regional Detention Facility late June 3, largely avoiding the spotlight, after a surprise appearance at the MTV Movie Awards.

Hilton smiled and waved as she filed past deputies and the media, her blonde hair pulled back in a braided ponytail. Her parents, Kathy and Rick, waited in a black SUV. Hilton hurried to the vehicle, where she hugged her mom through the window.

Hilton, who was wearing a sage jacket with white trim over a white shirt and skinny jeans, did not respond to reporters' questions.

"She fulfilled her debt. She was obviously in good spirits. She thanked people as she left," said sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore.

Photographers sprinted after Hilton's vehicle as she left. When the SUV hit a red light during the ride, photographers jumped out of their cars and swarmed it.

Hilton appeared to have gone to a family home in a ritzy Los Angeles canyon north of Sunset Blvd.

The hotel heiress will complete her probation in March 2009 as long as she keeps her driver's license current and doesn't break any laws. She can reduce that time by 12 months if she does community service that could include a public-service announcement, the city attorney's office has said.

During her stay at the Lynwood facility, Hilton was mostly confined to a solitary cell in the special needs unit away from the other 2,200 inmates.

After spending only three days there, she was released to home confinement by Sheriff Lee Baca for an unspecified medical condition that he later said was psychological.

The following day, Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer, who sentenced the hotel heiress, called her back into court and ordered her returned to jail, saying he had not condoned her release.

Hilton's stay there cost taxpayers $1,109.78 a day, more than 10 times the cost of housing inmates in the general population.

The move by Baca caused a firestorm of criticism over whether the celebrity was getting special treatment. The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors has launched an investigation into whether the multimillionaire received special treatment because of her wealth and fame.

At least one person has filed a claim against the county alleging she "had serious medical issues" but was not treated as well as Hilton.

A few days into her stint at the Twin Towers medical ward, the heiress said in a phone call to Barbara Walters that she had a new outlook.

"I used to act dumb. It was an act. I am 26 years old, and that act is no longer cute," Hilton said during the call, according to an account posted June 11 by Walters on ABC's Web site.
"It is not who I am, nor do I want to be that person for the young girls who looked up to me," Hilton was quoted as saying.

Hilton's path to jail began Sept. 7, when she failed a sobriety test after police saw her weaving down a street in her car on what she said was a late-night run to a hamburger stand.

She pleaded no contest to reckless driving and was sentenced to 36 months' probation, alcohol education and $1,500 in fines.

In the months that followed, she was stopped twice by officers who discovered her driving with a suspended license. The second stop landed her in Sauer's courtroom, where he sentenced her to 45-days in jail. She was released after three weeks for reasons including good behavior.

The Geriatric Bar

...where old drunks go to die....furthest on the left there, with his head turned, is Jake Gylenhall's twin. I spelled it wrong, didn't I?
