Paris & Nicole reunion

I call bullshit. I think the whole "reunion" was set up by E! network to continue with "The Simple Life" and maybe get better ratings. Why? Because back in July, they sent out surveys to some people and I was one of them. It asked question about the Simple Life and if you'd rather see Paris & Nicole reunite than do everyything separate.....So I don't think that they are speaking out of the kindness and forgiveness they found in their hearts, I think it was imposed.

And that's my two cents.

*Cackling laughter and wiping of tears*

ok, ok....I almost feel sorry for Brandon Davis....

Now I'm laughing again...

off of Janet Charlton's Hollywood:

We heard rumors that when billionaire oil mogul Marvin Davis died, he left his family in financial ruin and now we're starting to see proof.

The family matriarch Barbara Davis sold her mansion, The Knoll, in Beverly Hills and she's now living in a rental in Coldwater Canyon. Her daughter Nancy - Brandon Davis's mother- was also forced to sell her Bel Air home and she downsized.

Brandon doesn't drive and he no longer has limos every night - he has to depend on rides from Paris Hilton, with whom he's living. What's more, Brandon was seen flying COACH to Las Vegas on Southwest recently.

Brandon and his brother Jason have had trouble getting into the hot LA club Hyde but they finally wangled their way in last week. How embarrassing - when Jason tried to use his credit card to pay the $80.00 bar tab, it was DECLINED!

WTF?

off of ONTD, k-fool interview: BTW, sorry for less pictures lately.....computer doesn't want to cooperate

Kevin talked to Seattle's Jackie and Bender this morning about being on CSI (airing tonight) as well as his album, and new baby...

Jackie: There's rumors that Sutton is not a boy. Have you heard that?
Kevin: Only from my friends, cause I haven't told them so I haven't told them anything and my wife hasn't spoken to anybody about anything, so...

Bender: Cause word has it that she'll reveal the news the week your cd drops.
Kevin: Um, I don't know, that might be all rumors too.

Jackie: Isn't that strange when you hear that, when you have a child and people tell you the sex is a different one.
Kevin: Yeah it's crazy. Well it's even crazier when people are telling me my child's name.
Bender: Oh so Sutton is not the baby's name---
Kevin: Oh yeah there you go.

Maybe I've become jaded....

But I really don't care if Madonna adopted.....really. Does anybody care? The kid is the luckiest bastard on the planet, he'll never want for anything......but who cares?

Nearly 14 per cent of the 12 million people who live there are infected with HIV.Madonna's new son is one of an estimated 1 million orphans in Malawi. While in Africa, the superstar has also visited the site of an orphanage her charity is building in Mphandula, about 30 miles outside Lilongwe.

Madonna's publicist, Liz Rosenberg, had previously denied reports that an adoption was taking place. Later, she stated: "I am unable to make any official statement at this time."

Says he was unsettled when she exchanged vows with boyfriend

Manuel Balce Ceneta / Ap File

ATLANTA - Anna Nicole Smith’s lead attorney in the Bahamas said Wednesday he has withdrawn as counsel for the reality TV star, citing disagreements on matters of strategy and concerns about her conduct.

Michael Scott said he was unsettled by Smith’s decision to exchange vows with her boyfriend even before she made funeral arrangements for Daniel Smith, her 20-year-old son who died Sept.10. People magazine bought photos of the ceremony, which was not a legal wedding and was held aboard a catamaran on Sept. 28 in waters off Nassau, Bahamas.

“A disagreement on a commercial transaction made it difficult for us to remain as counsel,” Scott told The Associated Press over the phone.

A Nassau funeral home has been holding Daniel Smith’s embalmed body while awaiting further instructions from the family. He died while visiting Smith in a Bahamas hospital where she had given birth to a daughter three days earlier.

Bahamian police investigating Smith’s death expect to submit their report as early as this week to authorities who will determine whether a jury inquest is necessary.

Cyril Wecht, a forensic pathologist who conducted a private autopsy, concluded that he died from a lethal combination of methadone and two antidepressants.
‘Not really an amicable parting’Scott, who was also the attorney for Daniel Smith’s estate, said he decided to withdraw effective Tuesday after consulting with his partners. He said he has notified Anna Nicole Smith in writing.
“It was not really an amicable parting,” said Scott, reached on his cell phone in Florida.

Scott cited disagreements with Smith’s boyfriend and longtime attorney Howard K. Stern, who says he is the father of Anna Nicole’s newborn daughter.
There were “strong differences of opinion between myself and Howard over strategies,” said Scott, who declined to elaborate, citing attorney-client privilege.

A birth certificate at a Nassau registry, a copy of which was obtained Wednesday by The Associated Press, lists Stern as the father of the baby girl, Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern.

A lawsuit filed by Larry Birkhead, a former boyfriend of the former Playboy playmate, claims he is the girl’s father and demands that mother and daughter return to California for DNA paternity testing. A hearing in the case has been scheduled for Oct. 26 in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Smith, who was born 38 years ago in Mexia, Texas, as Vickie Lynn Hogan, has been married twice.

In 1985 she wed Bill Smith, her co-worker at a Texas restaurant, and gave birth to Daniel before divorcing two years later. And in 1994, she married Texas oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall II, when she was 26 and he was 89. He died the following year. She has since been embroiled in a legal dispute over his multimillion-dollar estate.

Hmmmm...

No snark from me here....just off of ONTD:

It's good to know Mel Gibson's friends adhere to the same rigid code of conduct he does. Rod Bernsen, the former Los Angeles TV reporter and police officer who was arrested Saturday on charges of molesting young boys aboard a cruise ship, is a close and longstanding friend of the Braveheart star, according to an entertainment industry source.

"Mel's going to shit," says the source, noting that Bernsen frequently accompanies Gibson on benders around Malibu—or at least used to, before Gibson entered rehab in August following his drunk-driving and Jew-baiting debacle.Law enforcement officials have not yet commented on the reason for Bernsen's arrest, but the Los Angeles Times is reporting that he stands accused of molesting two 12-year-old boys in the sauna of a cruise ship. His wife and child were with him on the cruise, according to the paper.

Bernsen, who is a cousin of L.A. Law star Corbin Bernsen, has spent much of his life working in and around the law. After retiring from the LAPD in 1992, he enjoyed a second career as a traffic reporter and criminal justice expert for Fox affiliate KTTV, where he was best known for providing color commentary on high-speed chases.

How does Gibson, who practices a notoriously austere version of Catholicism, feel about his buddy's alleged taste for underage boys? Hard to say; his rep didn't reply to a request for comment. But it appears Gibson and Bernsen have known each other since at least 1987, when Bernsen served as a technical advisor on Lethal Weapon. According to public records, both reside in the Los Angeles suburb of Agoura Hills, where, says the source, they've often subjected neighbors to their alcohol-fueled hijinks. "They're just wild guys together," she says.

Tim Allen Marries Longtime Girlfriend
By Associated Press

October 9, 2006, 3:00 PM EDT

LOS ANGELES -- More power to Tim Allen. The comic actor got married this weekend to his girlfriend of five years, actress Jane Hadjuk, in an intimate Colorado ceremony. The couple's family were the only guests at the private affair, held Saturday in Grand Lake, Colo., Allen's publicist, Marleah Leslie, said Monday. Allen's 17-year-old daughter, Katherine Dick, was among the attendees.

It is the first marriage for Hadjuk, 39, and the second for Allen, 53. He was previously married to Laura Deibel. Hadjuk and Allen appeared together earlier this year in the children's action film "Zoom."

Allen, whose early comedy routines often centered on men and power tools, hit stardom with his long-running TV series "Home Improvement." He'll be seen in the upcoming "The Santa Clause 3" with Martin Short and recently finished filming Disney's "Wild Hogs" with John Travolta, Martin Lawrence and William H. Macy.
