Is K-Fed being replaced?

Britney Spears has hired a male nanny — some have dubbed him a “manny” — to help take care of baby Sean Preston, and the buzz is that her hubby is jealous of the hunky new guy in her life.

The manny, who has been identified in reports as either Perry or Henry, was originally hired as a bodyguard, but lately he’s been taking on the role of “man of the house,” according to In Touch magazine, and has been doing chores that had been done by Federline. He was even spotted buying Spears flowers.

“[Federline] doesn’t like that this guy is taking care of his baby,” an “insider” told the mag. “He feels like Britney is throwing it in his face.”
What’s more, Spears reportedly is redecorating her house, ditching Federline’s beloved black leather furniture in favor of a “1950s boudoir” look she favors. “She’s using pink, cream and apricot silk, lace and feathers,” reports the insider. “[Kevin] claims that he can’t think in the house any more and it’s affecting his music. [He] is complaining that the place is ‘some high-school chick's bedroom.’

Britney Spears has signed preliminary divorce papers, British reports say.

The pregnant star allegedly signed the documents after consulting lawyers about splitting from her husband, Kevin Federline.
A source told Britain's News Of The World newspaper: "It's a stressful time. Britney has already started seeing lawyers about splitting with Kevin.

"She is serious about it. She knows she has to get things moving."
Spears has been at the centre of months of speculation her marriage is on the rocks.

Last week it was revealed the singer hit out at Federline on her website - by posting a picture of herself posing with a rude hand gesture.
Spears, who has a baby son, Sean Preston, with Federline, put the photo under a poem - entitled Remembrance Of Who I Am - which was allegedly aimed at her 28-year-old spouse.

The verse, believed to be written by the singer, describes feeling tied down in "chains" and asks: "How do you stand sleeping at night?"

It continues with lines about feeling "manipulated" and "swallowed", and talks about "the sins of the Father".

SPEARS AND FEDERLINE ARE STILL TOGETHER, ACCORDING TO PALS

Aspiring rapper KEVIN FEDERLINE's pals have dismissed new tabloid reports suggesting his marriage to BRITNEY SPEARS is almost over.
Spears has reportedly called in divorce counsellors and lawyers as she prepares to end her marriage, but Federline's friends insist the rumours are just that.

One friend, who asked not to be named, tells TMZ.com, "Everything you read in the tabloids about their relationship is fabricated. They're still together."

New reports in American magazine Us Weekly suggest the fact that the celebrity couple haven't been pictured together since March (06) speaks volumes about the state of their relationship.

The publication's editors claim the pair were last photographed together at Federline's birthday party in Atlanta, Georgia, on 25 March (06). 06/07/06 04:16

CLOONEY AND PITT CLOSE DOWN LAS RAMBLAS

GEORGE CLOONEY and BRAD PITT's Las Vegas, Nevada dream is over - their ambitious Las Ramblas hotel complex is dead.

Ten months after its much-publicised launch and following multiple rumours about its demise, the Las Ramblas sales office has been closed and the 25-acre plot of land the hotels, casinos and play areas were to stand on has been sold to the developers of the neighbouring W Hotel, Casino + Residences for a whopping $202 million (GBP112.2 million).
The news has been confirmed by Dan Klores Communications, the New York-based publicity firm representing Las Ramblas.

A spokesman says, "We are no longer dealing with that account as I understand the Las Ramblas project is no longer going ahead."
Vegas insiders claim rising construction costs are behind the decision to shut down the Las Ramblas venture - a project backed financially by Clooney and CINDY CRAWFORD's restaurateur husband RANDE GERBER, and supported by new dad Pitt.

Pitt and Clooney were signed onto a boutique project rumoured to involve Gerber and Station Casinos on the plot of land currently housing the Wild, Wild West Casino.

When the project details were unveiled in 2004, they included 4,400 rooms and 11 high-rise towers.

Sin City property watchers now believe Clooney and Gerber will collaborate on a smaller Las Vegas hotel and casino property designed, in part, by architecture fan Pitt. 06/07/06 04:16

ANISTON'S TEARS OVER PITT BABY

JENNIFER ANISTON reportedly wept in front of her boyfriend VINCE VAUGHN when she heard about the birth of her ex husband BRAD PITT's baby daughter SHILOH NOUVEL.

Aniston, 37, tried to be brave about the news, which broke two weeks ago (27MAY06), by calling Pitt's mother JANE to send her best wishes.
But pals are concerned the former FRIENDS star is still traumatised over Pitt's new life with ANGELINA JOLIE.

Aniston's friend TIFFANY LAWS tells British magazine Star, "Jen just burst into tears.

"She tried to cover it up in front of Vince but he assured her it was OK to cry.

"Jen called Brad's mum to offer her congratulations but couldn't get through.

REEVES DESPERATE FOR FAMILY

KEANU REEVES is desperate to get married and have kids, because he can't bear to be on his own.

The actor is still traumatised by the death of his only child, a daughter stillborn in 1999 to girlfriend JENNIFER SYME - who was killed in a car crash two years later.

Since then Reeves has struggled to move on.

He says, "Damn it! It's not fair! When the people you love are gone, you're alone. I miss being a part of their lives and them being a part of mine."

But he does plan to settle down and would love a family of his own.

I see that "an inconvenient truth" surpassed the million dollar mark. Well, good for Gore, I suppose, he's actually officially suckered people into supporting him. Again. Let's not forget that this is the same fool who claimed to invent the internet.

What I find truly wrong and annoying is that the film is merely a serious effort at pushing alarmist environmental views down our throats, yet again, by means of emotional manipulation rather than reason. If reasoning were applied, however, it would be clear that over the billions of years of the earth's existence, heating and cooling periods have occured and these things are neither new nor unusual. Thirty years ago, in the 70's, alarmists were screaming that we were headed into a cooling phase. How could that change in a mere 30 years? It's all crap, that's how. The science has not changed, no matter how much the alarmists try to plead with you, guilt you and mess with your feelings. For the real inconvenient truth, click here.
