People magazine reports that Nicole Richie and rocker Joel Madden are now the proud parents of a baby girl.
Harlow Winter Kate Madden was born at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and weighed 6 pounds, 7 ounces.
Richie’s rep told People, “The beautiful healthy baby girl left the hospital with her ecstatic parents.”
