According to People, the actor did not pop the question on New Year's Eve despite speculation to the contrary.
The pair apparently attended the Tarina Tarantino Sephora launch party in Hollywood on Wednesday and were seen cuddling at the valet stand, but remained silent on their impending nuptials.
