Pam looks ordinary without makeup and Courtney looks normal for her, which would be stoned. BTW, I've included a pic of Courtney in a bikini....because it makes me feel better about me.
Her midsection seriously makes me want to hurl. Seriously. Oh the ravages of drugs and alcohol and whatever else she's done to herself.
