NEW YORK - Industrial-rock band Nine Inch Nails has wasted no time releasing its first album since becoming a free agent last October.
The Trent Reznor-led combo started selling an instrumental album, “Ghosts I-IV,” on its Web site, http://www.nin.com, Sunday. Fans can receive the first nine songs from the 36-track project for free, or can pay $5 for the entire digital album.
There are several other ordering options, each of which comes with immediate access to the album in digital form.
