According to the Daily Mail, Getty, an actor and heir to a £2.5 billion oil fortune, jetted into Los Angeles to reunite with his wife Rosetta and their four children.
Recent tabloid rumours indicated that Getty had been "torn" between his girlfriend Miller and saving his marriage of eight years.
The Edge Of Love actress Miller has allegedly been left heartbroken after being dumped by Getty. The pair's relationship began on the set of blockbuster GI Joe and they were spotted holidaying together on the Amalfi Coast last month.
Though Getty announced his separation a fortnight ago, it is thought that the 33-year-old has decided to reconcile his marriage after receiving assurances that his estranged wife is willing to take him back.
