This seems to parallel that....and I dunno how well this will go since that prenup was signed before they were married....obviously FedEx is just trying to blackmail Brit. But she has a great lawyer, so good luck with that, asshole.

Los Angeles (ANTARA News) - Britney's soon-to-be ex-husband Kevin Federline is threatening to sell a four hour sex tape the couple made soon after getting married, unless she agrees to his terms for their break-up, DPA reported.
The reports coincided with the release on the internet Monday of a video clip purporting to be taken from the tape, showing a woman looking a lot like the once-innocent star performing oral sex. The shocking footage surfaced just a week after Spears filed for divorce from her former back-up dancer following two years of marriage and two children together.
Tabloid reports said that Federline is demanding as much as 26 million dollars for the tape and for dropping his claims for sole custody of the couple's two children. Website TMZ.com also reported that last week a judge threw out a libel suit Spears brought against gossip magazine Us Weekly for allegedly fabricating a story about a sex tape she made with Federline.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Lisa Hart Cole ruled that the article wasn't defamatory because Spears had, in her videos and reality TV series, "put her modern sexuality squarely, and profitably, before the public eye." (*)
