In the wake of his videotaped verbal assault on Lindsay Lohan, Brandon Davis has apparently decided it's time to take a breather. In Touch reports the oily-haired oil heir, 25, checked into a rehab facility in Malibu late last week to get help for an addiction to drugs and alcohol. "Brandon must have watched that footage a thousand times," a pal tells the magazine of his Lohan rant, during which he called her a variety of anatomically vile names and dissed the supposedly meager size of her bank account. "He can't believe those words came out of his mouth and realized it was the drugs talking." Davis, whose previous claim to fame was dating Mischa Barton, won't exactly be roughing it: The treatment center reportedly costs $75,000 a month.
