Beachfront in Malibu Colony, heck no! I swear to God, you're looking at every square foot of living space on Sean Penn's vacation home in Malibu - is that AirStream RV really a vacation? But don't be too quick to diss - the land it's sitting on is worth probably a cool twenty million bucks, so we suspect that Sean knows what he's doing. You'd think he'd trade in a corner of that land for a non-chemical toilet, though.
