How serious was she about rehab? Are we sure she wasn't doing it for publicity/to save her career because no one would insure her for movies any more?

Lindsay Lohan was spotted leaving The Roosevelt Hotel with Steve-O -- a curious companion for someone straight out of rehab. The "Jackass" star was seen in the backseat of Lohan's Mercedes as the fiery starlet drove off after a night at Teddy's nightclub.
