Dannielynn has been ruled as next of kin. Dannielynn's guardian, lawyer Richard Milstein, is awarded Anna Nicole's remains. Anna Nicole Smith is expected to be buried next to her son, Daniel, in the Bahamas, but decision belongs to Millstein. Milstein is to consult Vergie Arthur, Howard K. and Larry Birkhead, but Richard Milstein has final say.

Now off to the paternity testing cuz you know the court will force it!!!
I would die of laughter if neither Larry nor Howard K. turns out to be the father!
