Larry Birkhead takes the stand!

When asked about any money from media, press or public relations that he made from the death of Daniel and Anna Nicole, Larry answered yes, as the nature of his work as a photographer. He received royalties since 1998, he made no direct money of his archived photos. He made $$ from interviews. He said he made no $$ regarding Daniel's death in interviews after he died (September 2006). Larry guesstimated that he made six figures roughly a year from his work. He contends that he met ANS in 2003 at a Kentucky Derby.

Larry was paid $$$ for his ANS pictures in conjunction with interviews.

He was asked to be a private photographer for her and that their relationship went from professional to personal. In 2004, Larry was dodgy about how much ANS paid him to photograph her. But he did state that he did make the majority of his income off of her. They became personal in July 2004. Larry said that his impression of Howard K.'s relationship to ANS was her friend, publiciest, manager, attorney and did errands for her. He said that Howard K. did not have an intimate relationship with her because Larry had moved in with her til August 2005. Larry said that Howard K. interfered with his relationship with ANS, that Howard K. would cancel events that Larry and ANS were supposed to go to together. Larry lived with her from July 2004 to August 2005. Howard K. frequently stayed at ANS's house while Larry was there, sleeping on a couch, even though he had an apartment. Larry wanted more alone time. Other people stayed at her house as well, but they were not named. Larry moved his things out but remained with ANS. He said he was with her most nights and only knew of one indiscretion. January 2005, ANS was pregnant and miscarried in Feb. 2005, which Larry claims to have been his.

April, 2005, Larry got his own place where he still is and paid for his own rent.

HE talked about the video that ANS saw of howard marshall stating that she wasn't to have any more $$, only what had already been given to her and she was horribly upset.

November 2005 thru New Year's eve, ANS was with another guy....which she left and came back and she and Larry talked about getting back together, he thought it was an exclusive relationship.

Larry said her mental state wasn't the best then, maybe depressed. When she came back from S. Carolina, they tried to reconcile. He didn't like the messages she texted to him. Dec. 31 2005 until feb. 2006 was when he stayed with her in her home. Then she went to the supreme cuort for her case. she told him around valentine's day of 2006 she told Larry that she was pregnant again. Larry asked him if it was his and ANS smacked him, saying that she wasn't a whore. She didn't know how long she had been pregnant. Larry also claimed that Dannielynn was his, (his only child, the same as Howard K.). He also said that they shopped for baby clothes together and ANS had asked him to pick out a ring for her. He stated that she wanted to take care of him.

Larry wanted to keep working and maintain financial independence. Larry stated that Howard K. was around a lot, saying that he was working on ANS's supreme court case. Larry had met ANS's mother in court for the first time. When asked about ANS's speaking of her mother, he said that ANS didn't get along with her mother but when she was pregnant, she called out for her mother and texted that she wanted her mother. The video shown of ANS saying how much she ahted her mother, Larry was asked what he thought of ANS's state in the video, that that became her normal state, Larry thought she was angry and slurring her words.

Larry said that he and ANS had talked about marriage, she had sent him out to get things for the baby...she didn't want to be a single mother again. Marriage was talked about but he didn't want to marry just because she was pregnant, he wanted it to be for the right reasons. ANS called him in April 2006 to come to the hospital because she had been having pains. ANS was in the hospital for two weeks and Howard K. slept on a cot in the hospital room. ANS was taking medications before and during pregnancy. Larry said ANS and Howard K. had packed duffle bags of her meds to take when the hospital staff didn't give her enough. She was on suicide watch. She had written Larry's name as the father and his thumprint and wrote her name and thumbprint as mother.

Larry said he knew Howard K.'s feeling s for her as romantic and he felt badly for him, wiriting Howard's name as "Uncle Howard."

ANS did not speak to her mother while she was in the hospital. He tried to get ANS to follow the prescripons as written but ANS would take whatever she felt like and Larry was concerned about the baby. ANS would send him to the store to get her something she craved but she seemed to take something while he was gone and would be in a "seizure like state". This was May of 2006. He had his own place but stayed with ANS. Sometimes Howard K. was there.

May 2006 is when they split up after an argument out in public and Howard K. was called by Larry, Howard K. picked her up and Larry didn't really see her after that, maybe once or twice with Howard K. mediating. It was shortly after that that ANS told Larry that Howard K. was the father of the baby. Larry told Howard K. that the guy she was with during their two months apart could be the father.

When asked about Dniel, Larry siad that ANS loved her son, he slept two floors down. Larry said that when ANS was in a bad state that he should close the door and Daniel shouldt see her like that.

Larry did not go to the Bahamas when Daniel died, he tried to talk to her and offer condolenses. He went there before her death as part of a court order for paternity.

He was with her from August 2004 to May 2006, talked with him about death and was obssessed with Marilyn Monroe. When she was under the influence of drugs, he heard her say that she wanted to die, but he thought it was just drugs. She told him that she wanted to be bured next to Marilyn Monroe when she died. He had disagreed about Daniel being buried in the Bahamas and ANS said it was to avoid the paternity test. If Larry would drop the case, so would she.

S. Carolina guy is not the father because he had a vasectomy. The judge said that the field of fathers was between Larry, Howard K. and the S.C. guy but Larry ruled out S.C. guy. The judge pointed out that if Larry turned out to be the father, where did Larry think ANS should be buried, not out of his opnion, but as Dannielynn's father, where should ANS go? Larry said he would prefer her to be in California but since Daniel was in the Bahamas...should it be shown that he is the father, which he claims is his, he wouldn't want mother and child separated and exhuming Danile to move him is a big job. Larry said he struggled with the question.

The judge praised him as a witness, that Larry "put a lot of meat on the bone."

Howard K.'s testimony continues

Anna Nicole had different doctors at different times and as a result, at different time, different medications, mainly to treat depression, according to Howard K. The judge declared that he needed more information about Anna Nicole's capacity and mental condition, including any drug use, in relevance to the case concerning who should lay claim to her body.

When asked about her mental state, Howard K. stated that sometimes she was clear, sometimes not....when pressed about the times when she was not clear, if drugs were a contributor, Howard K. said that he thought stress had more to do with it than drugs, that sometimes the drugs affected her, sometimes not. She had been seeing a psycologist before she knew Howard K. until about 2000.

He went on to say that he knew about the Methadone, that it was a prescription medication but Anna Nicole didn't do it in front of him. Howard K. also stated that he knew of no life insurance policies taken out on Anna Nicole.

The Texas lawyer kept trying to pin Howard K. as being responsible for Anna Nicole's death. The second executor named in ANS's will was a friend of Howard K.'s. Howard K. denied calling to have a copy of ANS's will faxed to him before she died. Howard K. also stated that he and his friend were not looking for the will 5 days before her death, as suggested by the Texas attorney.

When asked about a check written for the Bahamian plots, Howard K. was asked why someone so young would be concerned with being buried (stupid, anytime you have kids or get married should be considered), Howard K. replied that after Daniel's death, Anna Nicole began to think about her own mortality.

Regarding contracts with media regarding Daniel's death, Howard K. stated that he had none and had not benefitted, anna Nicole had a contract with Getty images and had profited. He also stated, when asked, if he had any contracts regarding ANS's death and he replied no.

The Texas Attorney asked if Howard K. had picked up prescriptions or called them in for ANS, which was objected to and withdrawn.

Howard K. stated that ANS had two computers which were stolen and that he knew the passwords. For her corporation, he was an agent of process but not an officer. He would, under her direction, sign her name to corporation checks. Vicky Smith, Vicky Hogan, Anna Nicole, Michelle Chase, Suzie Wong, Anna Nicole Smith, Norma Jean, Mrs. Flinstone, Vicky Lynn Hogan, were all names that she used at one time or another, some names used for prescriptions that Howard K. picked up for her from time to time. With her permission, Howard K. used her credit card.

An attorney asked if Howard K. was the biological father of Dand objections were thrown around the courtroom and the question was dismissed. The judge chastized her for being inflamatory and to stop pressing the issue. The attorney shot back asking if the issue of Dannielynn being next of kin was no longer relevant to the case and the judge told her to sit down.

Feb. 12th is the date stated when the will was actually faxed and received.

Attorneys are supposed to appear tomorrow in Florida and the Bahamas, the judge saying that he would have the Bahamian court on speakerphone in his courtroom. Concern was if Howard K. would be in the Florida courtroom the next day and was dismissed from the witness seat. Howard K. was ordered to appear in the Florida courtroom.

Howard K. Stern on the Stand!

In questioning as to if Howard K. had made any $$$ off of Daniel Smith or ANS's death, the answer is no. The only thing he has received was a ride from Entertainment Tonight on their charter from Florida to the Bahamas after Anna Nicole died. He gave them permission to use the interview and videos but no $$$ passed. Regarding any funeral arrangements, if they were to be televised, all $$$ was to go into a trust for Dannielynn. He is under no contracts with any media source. Howard K.'s lawyers are also not being paid for by any media source.

Howard K. considered himself married to Anna Nicole at the time of her death and does state himself as the father of Dannielynn. He stated that during the filming of "Anna Nicole show" he was paid by E! network about $25000 for two years, besides that he was supported by Anna Nicole. His parents had givine him substantial funds for the lawsuit and for his lawyers. Howard K. declined to mention specific monetary amounts. Howard K. earned no income in 2006.

On the stand, Howard K. does his best to be cooperative under cross-examination, although he was chastized by the judge a couple of times for "editorializing" his testimony.

When asked about any fees he was to receive for being named caretaker for Daniel, as executor of the will and any fees he might receive if he turns out to be the baby's father, Howard K. stated that he would waive them. When asked about pending litigation involving the case against the Marshall estate, Howard K. said that the potential amount was $100 million but he would only be entitled to 5% as Anna Nicole's attorney.

Under cross-examination, Howard K. was asked how he would earn a living with Anna Nicole gone and he answered that he planned to return to school and would probably receive help from his parents. He maintained that Anna Nicole had her own bank account and that he never assumed control of her money, that he only signed checks for her under her direction and everything bore only her name.

Howard K. refused to answer the Texas lawyer's questions about Anna Nicole's drug use. Howard K. simply stated that he was not a doctor and that Anna Nicole always had the care of doctors. The judge stated that Anna Nicole's capacity was indeed an issue with the case.

Splash News Online in trouble?

At this time in the ANS's body custody court drama, David Lee of Splash News is being implicated by Vergie Arthur of possibly manipulating his relationship with Anna Nicole's mother. Vergie Arthur, on the stand and under oath, stated that David Lee had, in fact, paid for her, her sister-in-law and other's trip to the Bahama to find Daniel Smith's grave. The sister-in-law taped it and alledgedly sold it to Splash. She also stated that she had no knowledge of the Splash helicopters hangin above during the recess where she and Howard K. went to the ME's office to see the remains of Anna Nicole. It is the implication that David Lee is leaking the information to Splash, about as it happens, which may not sit well with the court.

Vergie arthur insists that David Lee is a family friend of 2 years and wouldn't do such a thing. Please note that Mr. Lee lives in Florida. Vergie states that his help with transport was a convenience since she had no other there. I don't buy that, personally.

Anna Nicole Hated her Mother

This is off of the New York Daily News...I think it explains a lot. Again, I'm not taking Howard Stern's side here, I think a lot of the kookiness of Anna Nicole can be drawn from these things:

Two weeks after her death, Anna Nicole Smith's voice filled a stunned courtroom yesterday as the former centerfold ranted against her despised mother, whom she sneeringly called "mommy dearest."

The shocking tape was introduced in an unruly Florida courtroom battle where Smith's mother, Virgie Arthur, is vying for the right to bury her daughter.

Lawyers for Smith's companion Howard K. Stern played the tape in an effort to prevent Arthur from getting Smith's body.

Her voice dripping with venom, Smith declared her disdain for the woman she called "mommy dearest."

Lindsay Lohan hanging out with Steve-O?

If she's really trying to come to grips with things and heal herself, Britney should really be left alone. Lindsay Lohan wasn't messed with that much, only when she left the facility, so I really don't understand why Britney has to be hounded.

Anna Nicole Smith's body custody trial

I'm watching this on MSNBC....Anna Nicole's mother is on the stand right now, denying that she was ever paid by any news agency for anything. She keeps pointing to Howard K., saying that he's made all the $$, he is the one who has profitted from Anna's death.

Personally, and this is only my take from watching this, I think Anna Nicole's mother is a control freak. I think that's why Vickie Lynn wanted to get the hell away. I don't find the woman to be terribly clever....she doesn't know how to work the system. But she sure is a drama queen and now we know where Anna Nicole got it from. Most of the time, the woman doesn't understand the questions that are being asked and the other half she cries....Maybe for dramatic pause.

I'm am not saying tha I support Howard K....but I don't find much like for Anna Nicole's mother. It seems to be the mother's wishes to bury Anna Nicole in Texas, not really Anna Nicole's. The mother also wants to exhume Daniel and bury him in Texas. Again, I think these are the mother's personal wishes, not Anna Nicole's.

Interestingly, Anna Nicole's mother stated on the stand that she had never met Larry Birkhead until after Anna Nicole died.

Think about this: If Anna Nicole buried her son in the Bahamas, bought four plots in the Bahamas....wouldn't that tend to tell you that she wanted to be buried in the Bahamas?

Hugh Grant's breakup

According to The Daily Mail close family members have revealed that Hugh Grant has bought his ex Liz Hurley a rather strange wedding gift. A Chimpanzee from London Zoo! The Chimp (not pictured) has been named after Liz in exchange for Hugh paying for the upkeep.

Apparently this stems from an old joke of Liz always saying he looked just like one!

The Daily Mail also reports that insiders say this present coupled with an expensive necklace was the final straw for Jemima Khan. Who has never been comfortable with how close Liz and Grants relationship has continued to be.

Hopefully she'll get the help she needs...and will be able to put herself together out of the public eye.

Britney Spears has entered a rehabilitation center, her spokesman said on Tuesday, capping a long weekend in which the pop star made international news by shaving her head at a Los Angeles hair salon.

"Britney Spears has voluntarily checked herself into an undisclosed rehab facility today," Spears publicist Larry Rudolph said in a written statement. "We ask that the media respect her privacy as well as those (privacy concerns) of her family and friends at this time."

Rudolph did not say what Spears, 25, would be treated for or where the rehabilitation facility was located. Celebrity Web site TMZ.com reported the center was in the Los Angeles area and that she entered it at the urging of family members.

According to my sources Britney Spears entered rehab today. I think it is Wonderland, but I also heard a mumble that sounded like Promises so I will try and confirm it for you. I am happy that she is getting the help she needs, and I really do not have anything else at this time. It is my understanding that her family did a semi-intervention and that her mother will be watching the children while Britney is in rehab.

My source did say that Britney entered rehab to deal with her addictions and needs some very serious grief counseling because of two specific incidents which have occurred recently.

But, in keeping with her increasingly erratic behaviour, Britney stormed out after 45 minutes and headed for the Polo Lounge.

She had taken offence when the DJ played her debut hit Hit Me Baby One More Time in her honour.

One clubber said: "It was a shock to see her in a wig after what she had done to herself.
"While she was in the club she kept going to bathroom all the time, which was weird."

The salon's owner, Esther Tognozzi, told of her shock - and placed the hair on eBay, where bids have already topped $1 million.

"I would say please take your daughter and get her off the media circus," Ms Tognozzi said.
"Take her home for a while and take care of her and her babies."

Meanwhile reports in the U.S. suggest Spears' shocking decision to shave off all her hair might have been an act of rebellion against her mother.

Another report suggested Spears may have opted for the drastic cut after hairdressers discovered her hair was so badly damaged by repeated dye-jobs that bald patches were already appearing.

The singer had visited celebrity hairdresser Michael Boychuck's salon at the Palms hotel less than three weeks ago seeking help for her locks.

"Her hair was so badly damaged from repeated bleachings that it had broken off and thinned to the point where bald spots had begun to appear," a source said.

Last night at a movie premiere, it was discovered that a recent romance with a very unlikely couple should actually be categorized as a "romance." Seems our actress was looking for some publicity for her new film while her new "boyfriend" agreed to help because he had started to fade from the limelight as well. Our actress made one other recent attempt to garner some headlines, but no one was buying what she was offering. Whatever kisses you saw on camera were the only kisses these two shared. Britney Spears did not check into a rehab program and then check out 24 hours later as TMZ is reporting, nor did she enter a rehab program as Extra is reporting. I am not saying she will not enter rehab or looked into rehabilitation programs. I am saying that the current media reports are untrue as reported to me.

I don't know how Lindsay is suddenly "all better"....I have my doubts about her rehab.....Have to wait and see. I don't believe that 30 days out of the public's eye makes one rehabilitated.

It's been all over the gossip blogs, so I'm just updating what I reported last night.

I spoke with my relative who works at CSMS. Apparently Britney was checked in late last night by an older male and was diagnosed with something called "Amphetamine psychosis".

I'm not exactly sure what that is, but basically, it's psychosis brought on by use of amphetamines. I don't know what pills or drugs you would take to have that happen, but there's all those rumors she does a lot of ecstasy and prescription medication.

From wikipedia: Amphetamine psychosis is a form of psychosis which can result from amphetamine or methamphetamine use. Amphetamine psychosis can include delusions, hallucinations and thought disorder. Hallucinations are frequently reported in chronic amphetamine users, with over 80% of users reporting the presence of hallucinatory experiences, typically as visual or auditory experiences. She wasn't supposed to leave but something happened, she had some kind of outburst, was very paranoid, and they let her go, and have been involved with her today, but not at the hospital (at her home? at a clinic?).

Because it's confidental, he doesn't know what she was admitted for or what she saw the doctor about, but because she's already gone home, that usually means nothing major. US Magazine reported that Spears went into a hair parlor to get her head shaved and that when the hair stylist refused to shave her head, Spears grabbed the clippers and shaved it herself.

A Los Angeles television station grabbed footage of her Friday night at a tattoo parlor in the San Fernando Valley. She was there to get a couple of tiny tattoos on her wrist, a pair of pink and red lips. Us Weekly magazine reported that she also got a black, white and pink cross tattooed on her lower hip

A parlor employee said Spears showed up unannounced and stayed for about 90 minutes, while dozens of fans, photographers and gawkers gathered outside. The employee told US Magazine that Spears was agitated when she arrived at the tattoo parlor and that when someone asked her why she shaved her head, Spears said, "I don't want anyone touching me. I'm tired of everybody touching me." The woman said Spears "wasn't making sense at all" and that it seemed like she wasn't in a good place. She said Spears was "totally freaking out."

"She was a nightmare to deal with," the woman told the magazine. "She was screaming and flipping out from the pain and wiggling her body all around."

Police eventually arrived to control the crowd and help Spears' bodyguards guide her into a waiting SUV. And by that time, she had covered her head with the hood of a sweatshirt.

As for the new bald look, one fan who's not terribly thrilled said, "It looks terrible."

Derrik Snell, who works at the tattoo parlor, said Spears showed up without notice and stayed for about 90 minutes as about 60 fans, photographers and gawkers gathered outside.

"She seemed fine," Snell said. "I didn't really notice (the hairdo) at first, she had a hood on when she showed up."

The appearance came the same day as reports on TV and Web sites that Spears, who has drawn criticism for her recent partying and sloppy behavior, had briefly checked into rehab.

Larry Rudolph, Spears' manager, couldn't be reached for comment.

Syndicated entertainment TV show "Extra" first reported that Spears had entered a treatment facility. Celebrity Web site TMZ.com then said the singer had entered a treatment center but had checked out one day later. Neither revealed their sources.

People magazine's Web site, citing "a source," said Spears had gone in and out of rehab, and identified the facility as Eric Clapton's Crossroads center in Antigua, in the Caribbean.

"Access Hollywood" then said the reports weren't true, but didn't cite a source.

A woman who answered the phone at Crossroads told The Associated Press that she couldn't confirm or deny anyone's presence at the facility.

Angelique Uram, a Spears fan who stood on the tattoo parlor's sidewalk for Friday night's spectacle, was aghast at the singer's new look.

"We could see her in the mirror, and her head is completely shaved," she told KABC. "It looks terrible."

ATLANTA - The head of the Cartoon Network resigned Friday following a marketing stunt that caused a security scare in Boston.

The announcement about Jim Samples resigning was made in an internal memo sent to Cartoon Network staffers.

In a statement to employees, Samples said he regrets the stir that the stunt caused.

"It's my hope that my decision allows us to put this chapter behind us and get back to our mission of delivering unrivaled original animated entertainment for consumers of all ages," Samples said.

Samples said he felt "compelled to step down, effective immediately, in recognition of the gravity of the situation that occurred under my watch."

A replacement for Samples, who had been with the company for 13 years, was not immediately announced.

The Cartoon Network is a division of Atlanta-based Turner Broadcasting, whose parent is media giant Time Warner Inc.

"If you go back from September, she wasn't with one of those guys, she was with me," von Anhalt told The Associated Press in an interview Friday.

He said he would file a lawsuit if Dannielynn is turned over to Stern or Birkhead.

Final Footage of Anna Nicole Smith Sells for Over $500,000

Footage of the final moments of Playboy Playmate Anna Nicole Smith's life sold for more than $500,000 Thursday after a media bidding war, according to Splash News & Picture Agency, the paparazzi outlet that sold the rights to the tape.

The video shows paramedics working on the unresponsive reality star as she was wheeled from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Fla. Splash News screened the videotape to potential media buyers at their Los Angeles headquarters just hours after Smith's death Thursday afternoon.

Emergency responders appear to administer CPR on two separate occasions as the TrimSpa spokeswoman was wheeled out of the hotel on a gurney, according to FOX News Channel producer Christopher Spinder, who viewed the tape.

"At one point they kind of started to look like they were going to put the gurney onto the ambulance and they kind of pulled the gurney back out a little bit so they could do a second administering of CPR," Spinder said.

Her companion and lawyer, Howard K. Stern, is not visible in the video.

The two-minute tape, shot from three different angles from a distance of about 50 feet, shows Smith's sheet-covered body, with an oxygen mask over her face, being taken out of the Hard Rock Hotel by a gaggle of emergency responders, including paramedics and police.

"You cannot see her face, you cannot see hair flowing out from underneath the mask," Spinder said. "Again if someone didn't tell me this was Anna Nicole Smith, I totally would not have known it. You can't even tell it's a woman."

The video shows footage of the ambulance driving away from the hotel under a police escort, then cuts to the ambulance at Memorial Regional Hospital just after 2 p.m. ET Thursday.

"You do not see the ambulance pull into the hospital, and you do not see the body come out of the back of the ambulance," Spinder said. "You just see the ambulance sitting there.

"One would assume that the cameraman got there after the body had already been unloaded from the ambulance and was already in the hospital at that point," he said.

Smith died at 2:45 p.m. at the age of 39. She is survived by a 4-month-old daughter, Dannielynn Hope Marshall. Her only son, Daniel Smith, died in the Bahamas in September, three days after her daughter was born.

The winning bidder was unknown Thursday night.

(CNN) -- Reality TV star and former model Anna Nicole Smith is dead, a law enforcement source told CNN.

Smith, 39, collapsed at a south Florida hotel and was taken to a local hospital, according to news reports.

TMZ.com reported that Smith collapsed at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida, and was rushed to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood just after 2 p.m. ET.

According to reports, Smith was found unresponsive in her hotel room.

Smith is currently involved in paternity suit regarding the parentage of her daughter, Danielynn, as well as other disputes, including ones regarding a house she stayed at in the Bahamas around the time she gave birth.

Earlier this week, Smith was included in a class-action lawsuit against a company, TrimSpa, for which she has worked as a spokesperson. TrimSpa makes a product it claims leads to substantial weight loss. The lawsuit alleges the marketing of the product, TrimSpa X32, was false or misleading.

Smith's son, Daniel Wayne Smith, died at age 20 just days after the birth of Smith's daughter. Pathologist Cyril Wecht said a lethal dose of methadone and antidepressants caused cardiac dysrhythmia, leading to his death.

Hilton had kept all of the material in a storage locker when she moved from one Los Angeles mansion to another in 2004.

When she failed to pay a measly $208 storage bill, the goods were sold to an unidentified buyer - and then obtained by "Sultan of Sleaze" David Hans Schmitt and broker Bardia Persa.

The duo launched the site - parisexposed.com - yesterday, charging $39.97 a month for access.
Paris was obviously a pack rat - saving all sorts of things. Among the random items:

* Prescription bottles for Hydrocodone, a painkiller similar to OxyContin used to manage anxiety disorders, post-party sleep aid Ambien and the herpes medication Valtrex.

* A medical bill from a Los Angeles clinic, billing an "Amber Taylor" - with the same birth date as Paris - for a miscarriage in March 2003.

* A journal analyzing her booze-fueled dreams.

* Her reality TV co-star Nicole Richie's University of Arizona ID card.

* Sister Nicky's Nevada marriage certificate.

* Several bank statements, including one with an ending monthly balance of just $9.26.

* Home videos she shot of visits with her sick grandmother.

* To-do lists that include an assortment of errands, including a reminder to buy Christmas gifts.

No stranger to negative publicity, Hilton is nonetheless "incredibly upset and angry" and feels "victimized" by the blatant invasion of her privacy, according to her spokesman, Eliot Mintz.

He blamed a "bureaucratic foul-up" and is threatening legal action - demanding the items be pulled from the site because it invades his client's privacy.

"We are going to explore all of our legal options about this matter," said Mintz. "She is enormously upset."

Among the hours of video footage on the site is a series of short tapes of a naked Hilton being filmed by Joe Francis, the "Girls Gone Wild" creator, and her former fiancé, Jason Shaw.

Francis tapes the dazed and confused heirhead - first taking off her red bikini top on a yacht in St. Tropez, then later swooshing around in a bubble bath while he begs her to show him her body.

But on another tape, where Francis is not present, she calls him a "rich loser."

Other videos are taped using night vision: she gets drunk and dances on banquettes with Tara Reid, and tapes a shirtless fat guy doing cocaine lines off his own belly.

In Cancun, she describes herself as "the hottest person in the world."

Hilton also tapes rambling messages to friends while filming herself in the mirror, saying she's too busy "smoking pot and eating burgers."

Hilton is also obsessed with to-do lists and details her wacky errands meticulously: "Vet app't - for teeth and wiener, send book to Ford, call Kim, make Xmas list, pick up cage from grandmas, buy a Sidekick, buy Nicky phone - and wrap it."

Scrawled across an entire page is a reminder to "Get s-t out of car!"

Also buried in the book are cut-and-paste collages Paris created of herself - made of paparazzi shots torn from magazines.

Crumpled love letters to the heirhead from ex-fiancé Shaw are scribbled on hotel stationery and reveal intimate details of their time together.

"I could shovel s-t and be happy because I'm with you," he writes.

"I love you. I love the way you move. I love the way you smile."

He also writes about Paris to himself in a diary that she kept: "I am angry at Paris. She always seems to do the wrong thing. She always loses her phone. That is a reason I cannot get in touch with her. It hurts. I feel this pain inside knowing that we do not love equally."

We also get a peek into what Hilton actually does to pass the days instead of work - there are highlighted movie scripts, directions to auditions, scheduled model shoots, appointments with interviewers and movie studios, an actors-union card, voice-lesson reminders and photo proofs of herself.

A number of ID cards - both fake and real - are in their own category.

Hilton's California driver's license is in there along with a fake Ohio resident card, which states she was born in 1979.

She has Nicole Richie's University of Arizona card from her short stint in college and a credit-card-sized fake ID card labeled "Superstar" with a photo of ex- pal Britney Spears.

Hundreds of still photos of her with friends are displayed, along with a scan of the original marriage certificate of sister Nicky's short-lived Vegas wedding to Todd Meister.

Hilton's extensive list of friends' phone numbers is scrawled on everything from dirty napkins to envelopes.

Among the names are Pauly Shore, Kim Stewart and George Maloof, owner of the Palms hotel in Las Vegas. But most are listed by their first names only.

The Suri Holmes-Cruise rumor mill is back in action. Get a load of the latest one I'm hearing about TomKat's din-din out at Cut a week ago. Ready to dig in?

According to a nearby, terribly observant, good-looking type, the veddy famous newlyweds appeared to be celebrating Suri's one-year anniversary. 'Cause they sure were giving her some awfully nice gifties! B-day time already? Now, that wouldn't make very much sense, would it, considering Suri-doll was supposedly born on Apr. 18 (although we never saw a birth certificate until 20 days later)? That'd be about four months off, right? 'Course, I've never been terrific with math, but you get the somethin's-fishy drift, I'm sure.

Certainly if you buy into the conspiracy theories that Chris Klein is really the dad and Suri was actually born way earlier than April, then that'd be right on track. But of course, Camps Cruise and Klein have denied this one for ages.

But like I said, this birthday biz appears to be the latest TomKat tumult getting ready to hit—just wanted everybody to be prepared. Isn't that way thoughtful of me?

Let's remember a few points: it is perfectly acceptable to those within the C of $ to lie to outsiders. There is a huge flaming elephant of a rumor that Suri's real father is a cameraman. I also find the convenience in timing that Tom was in Germany the week before Suri was "born". That is probably nothing....after all it makes more sense that she was actually more likely born in January than in April.

*WARNING* Stream of conciousness ahead!

Out of boredom or sometime urge to write, I post the thoughts in my head....which usually turn out to be utter babblings on my part. I love to write, I probably should have gotten my degree in journalism...except that I'd be one of the many thousands of the same and in the same spot I'm in today working in a completely unrelated field. Also, I usually find my own writing to be extremely uninteresting so I can hardly imagine subjecting others to my ramblings. I have found so many others to much more masterful with a turn of phrase.

So what was my point? Did I even have one when I began this and now it has faded off with the seconds it took me to type out the above? Well, in my years of life that I have thus far experienced, I have found a few things constant and true:

You can always count on people to disappoint you. But if you expect little to nothing, then you can't be too disappointed! While this may sound terribly pessimistic, what this should lead you to is a deeper gratification of when someone does come through, a greater appreciation of humanity as a whole and a little less criticism of your own self. We are only human and you can only do what you can. Perfection is very overrated at any rate.

Most people spend most of their time lying to themselves. Think about it...they lie to themselves about their weight, that they will go to the gym, do better on their diets...about getting an education for a better job. These are things that look good on paper to them and maybe really sincerely believe that one day they will do these things but really, it's all a lie that should just be let go of to die. Most people will never do what they build up in their minds. If it were true, they would simply do them instead of making long-winded speeches and excuses. Reality is a bitch but it's worse to lie to yourself, it makes you lie to everyone else when you may as well face what is right in front of you. Then you can really take true action and feel much better about yourself.

Getting older sucks and it's a terrible thing to watch people you love fall to the ravages of becoming elderly and frail. You have to stop and think about your own mortality and what you really want out of life. You can't help but wonder if these are the same things that you are destined to, to lose your mind, to lose touch with the world around you. Can you avoid it or put it off? Is there something you can do or take to keep from being a victim of time yourself? One day we may have all the answers to this....I honestly don't know. All I know that I can do is enjoy while I still can and try to take care of me. That's it.

That's all that I really have out of life at this point, these are the few offerings of my observations and experiences that I can give. Sorry if it seems disappointing or rambling. Actually, I'm not. I now need to go wash some laundry and the haircoloring out. I don't have to look my age, after all.

I just figured that James Brown didn't really have anything...and this last woman he was with isn't going to get jack form the courts....she'd be lucky to get any support for her child, if it is proven that the child is James Brown's.....I think she should let the rest of the vultures fight over the few scraps he left and walk away. This could be the best thing that ever happened to her. She was a backup singer once and she could do it again. She should have never depended on someone else to take care of her. Probate suckz.

TMZ has obtained a copy of James Brown's will, and it reads like the will of a guy who didn't have much -- other than knickknacks.The will, which begins by noting that Brown is also known as "The Godfather of Soul," leaves his six children "furniture, appliances, furnishings, pictures, silverware, china, glass, books, jewelry, wearing apparel, boats, automobiles, and other vehicles..."

The document, signed in 2000, does not mention how much cold hard cash the estate is worth.Brown did not include his partner, Tomi Rae Hynie or their 5-year-old child. Hynie is expected to contest the will and could end up inheriting 1/3 of the estate.

Yeah, it's a headline. Is it worth a headline? Probably not.

According to CNN today, Blohan has entered rehab. Will she take it seriously? I doubt it. Great PR move for all the shit happening with her in gossip? You bet. At least this looks better then lameass AA meetings and will keep her attractive for studios to use, at least for a little while longer. Til she fucks up again.
